sdesc	Civilians(Civs): 1. Do NOT ram other players. 2. You have evaded arrest if you are out of sight for 15 seconds. 3. Cannot use police\/undercover vehicles 4. A police detector is available in UI apps. 5. Roleplay crimes (robbing bank, Gas Stations, etc). 6. Roleplay traffic stops, don't run all the time. Police(PD): 1. All PD variants are allowed, but be fair. 2. Use the PD UI and config parts for radar.(might not work for mod cars) 3. Be realistic, no ramming criminals from the front, however road blocks are okay. 4. Anyone is allowed to be a cop, just try to keep it even with the # of civs and follow the rules. Both: 1. No teleporting while in a chase. 2. Resetting during a chase ends the chase and counts as being caught(civs)\/criminal getting away(pd), unless you use a Repair Shop(Civs)\/Police Station(PD). That's it! Enjoy the RP!
